These Community Guidelines apply to Given Grace Consultancy, (also referred to as “Given Grace Consultancy”), related sites, apps, communications and services.
You agree that by accessing our website or using our services (described below), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Given Grace Consultancy.
This Contract applies to Given Grace Consultancy and all related sites, information, services, resources, communications and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract (“Services”), including the offsite collection of data for those Services, such as our ads. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This Contract applies to both Members and Visitors.
You are entering into this Contract with Given Grace Consultancy, (also referred to as,” “we” and “us”).

When you register and join the Given Grace Consultancy Service or become a registered user, you become a “Member.” If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”
We may make changes to the Contract.
Your continued use of our Services after we publish changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.
Given Grace Consultancy has put in place these Community Guidelines outlining the activities that are acceptable on the Services, and what is inappropriate and may be stopped by Given Grace Consultancy. These rules are intended to provide guidance and restrictions governing your use of, and participation in, our Services.
2. Be Authentic.
Our members need to be authentic individuals, who provide their real names and accurate information about themselves. It is not professional or acceptable to provide misleading information about yourself, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements on our Services.
3. Be Professional.
We acknowledge the value of discussions around professional activities and ask our members to behave professionally by not being dishonest, inconsiderate or inappropriate. When creating content on the Services, we ask that you follow our Community Guidelines and keep your content professional, relevant, and subject-related. Do not share false information or use our Services to shock, intimidate or bully others. It is not professional or acceptable to share graphics, obscene, or pornographic content on our Services.
4. Be Considerate.
We strive to maintain a safe and friendly community for our members. The Services shouldn't be used to harm others or their career or business prospects nor to air personal grievances and disputes. It is not professional or acceptable to use the Services to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcome communications to other individuals (e.g., romantic advances, sexually explicit content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing schemes). We do not authorize hate speech, acts such as attacking people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, political or religious affiliations, or medical or physical conditions. Also, hate groups, terrorists, and those who engage in violent crimes are not permitted on the Services.
5. Be Genuine.
Respect Others' Rights and Follow the Law. Before sharing or using someone else's copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, or trade secrets, please make sure you have the legal right to do so. The Services should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products or to violate the rights of others. Don't use the Services to commit fraud or to try to deceive others. Also, don't use the Services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer technology.
6. Understand Your Legal Responsibility.
Respect the Rights of Given Grace Consultancy. Don't violate the rights of Given Grace Consultancy. It is also not professional or acceptable to suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Given Grace Consultancy when you are not. Do not violate our intellectual property rights or interfere with or disrupt our Services.
