Today we review Luqas (Luke) 6:36:, "Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful." Embrace Scriptural Wisdom for Compassionate Living

Our days are richer when we start with a blessing that instills wisdom and nurtures a compassionate heart. There is an ancient benediction that invokes the Divine for knowledge and understanding:

Blessed are you YHWH our Elohiym (GOD), King of all time, for giving us knowledge, understanding and wisdom, in the fear of YHWH. Blessed are you YHWH for giving us ha'Ruach Checed (the Spirit of Compassion).

Hebrew: Baruk atah YHWH Elohaynu, melek ha'olam, asher natan lanu da'ath, biynah, v'chokmah, b'yir'ah YHWH. Baruk atah YHWH Elohaynu, asher natan lanu ha'Ruach Checed.

As we acknowledge the source of all knowledge and wisdom, beseeching YHWH's Spirit of Compassion to dwell within us, let us reflect on these transformative words that challenge us to pursue and present limitless love and kindness in all aspects of our lives.

Renewing Mercies Each Morning

As the sun rises each morning and it's rays break through the darkness of night, so does the infinite mercy of YHWH pierce our hearts. The breaking dawn serves as a visual reminder of His unending compassion and faithfulness. Regardless of where you come from, what you have done or who you've been known as...the Father is faithful to forgive and comfort us as His children. In fact, YHWH's mercies are new every morning! This is beautifully articulated in Qiynah (Lamentations) 3:22-24 Cepher: "The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 'The LORD is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in him."

As we bask in the warmth of the morning light, how different would our life be if we perceived each dawn as infinite love that revitalizes our spirits and renews our hope.

"Let us continue holding fast to the hope we acknowledge, without wavering; for the One who made the promise is trustworthy. And let us keep paying attention to one another, in order to spur each other on to love and good deeds."

Our Spiritual Journey

While we are on this spiritual journey towards compassionate living, even in the midst of the whirlwind that is entrepreneurship and all the deadlines that come with it, it's vitally important that we hold true to the core of our purpose.

As believers, the essence of our calling is to live as vessels of compassion and continue, each day, to become better Messianic ambassadors for healing in a world that is lost and thirsty for kindness. Our choices must be made with intention and informed by the wisdom of Scripture, so that our actions and our interactions with others can be interwoven with the profound grace of the Creator. In doing this, we enrich our lives and radiate YHWH's miraculous energy to touch the souls of those we encounter.

This journey isn't about us alone. It's about creating a connective vine of checed (compassion) that blankets our communities and welcomes the Ruach Ha'Qodesh (Holy Spirit) into the lives of all those whose NAMES were written in the book of LIFE before the foundation of the earth was laid. So let's walk this path together, hand in hand, side by side and embrace mercy as our way to nurture a world starving for love.
